Planned Maintenance Service Agreements
In order to satisfy the requirement of the The Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order, portable fire extinguishers should be maintained annually by a 'competent' person. In high risk premises, it may be necessary to increase the frequency of your service visits to bi-annual. Fire Action Ltd offer a range of service agreements to satisfy this requirement.
Fully Comprehensive Maintenance
Your portable fire extinguishers will be maintained at one price per unit and all spares, refills AND where necessary, replacement extinguishers, will be supplied free of charge in order to keep your extinguishers and premises in line with the requirements of BS5306 Part 3 and Part 8.
Comprehensive Maintenance
Your portable fire extinguishers will be maintained at one price per unit and all spares and refills will be supplied free of charge.
Standard Maintenance
Your portable fire extinguishers will be maintained at one price per unit and all spares and refills will be supplied at our standard rates applicable at time of service.
